Someone physically + cognitively there with him because he’s incapacitated + experiencing cognitive decline

Someone with him at appointments to document discrimination via video (which hopefully doesn’t happen again, but he has some audio proof)

Physical experiences: Abnormalities in the neck + base of skull issues + bottom of spine nerve dysfunction + developed csf leak post car accident which worsened underlying conditions of mast cell, eds, and autonomic dysfunction + vertebral artery dissection.
